Good luck, I spent 5 really good years as an engineer there after college. I lived in Jackson in a new 900sqft townhome. Perfect bach pad. As mentioned the lakes have more going on but I was more about a quick drive to work- especially during winter. In the fall I did tillage for a local farmer who had a track record for employing engineers over the years.
