My son (also an engineer) started at Agco in Jackson a few years ago. I do know he was on the recruiting team this past year to hire engineer’s. He might have been one of the people he talked to.    My kid lives in Spirit Lake, and works mostly from home since the damm covid thing hit. I do know he would recommend living in Spirit Lake rather than one of the smaller towns around there. Mostly do to things to do after work.  And yes, he does have to pay some Minnesota state taxes.  

Edit…..He will be qualified to get a discount on Agco parts ordered up there, they direct ship them to you. Do you have any Agco stuff?
