| During peak labor requirement times (vaccination, load out, placement) they would manage an additional 2-3 employees. That labor would be seasonal though. Most of the day to day operations are easily handled by one person (the manager). The owner of the site, not the manager, would hire this additional help. Benefits and weekends/ holidays are tbd. We are just getting started with this process. Just wanting to know what others would be expecting to pay. | |
