Have you ever thought of mono vision contacts. Dominant eye you wear a contact for distance and the other eye a contact for reading. I have been wearing these for years and years. I hate wearing glasses. I wear mine over 15 hours a day. My eyes adjusted very quickly to wearing them. Just a thought.
