I have a wider maturity range and just a few more acres than you but have 7 varieties. 2.2, 2.5, 2.8, 2.9, 3.1, 3.3, and 3.4. Kind of a bell curve on the amounts of each.
I also sell seed and like to plant a more varieties so I can see how they will preform for my customers and make better recommendations
