I have a couple neighbors who are already ahead of you on the skittles herd. They buy their replacements from the sale barn (cheapest heifers they can get) color is not important. Then they belong to the bull of the year gang. What ever breed they are told about at the coffee shop as the latest and greatest. Good neighbors however, they help control the speeding vehicles going thru town because their cattle are always out on the road. "Ya gotta love it baby"
