 NS Canada | You could use weed to stimulate your appetite - but if you can't eat much without stomach problems - you're sort of in a tough spot.
Make the food you do eat count - lots of fats and high protein. Again though, the guys in the gym packing on lots of mass, are eating A LOT, over the entire day. I'd start with cans of tuna and spoon fulls of peanut butter. I like tuna with mustard mixed in it. | |
