I have no idea if this will have any information that helps you, but I hope that it does. Maybe if nothing else some ideas. I have no personal knowledge that will help but I happen to think of Youtube and the doctors that have helped me to lose weight and gain better health. So I simply did a search and this is what it comes up with.
