I've planted over 900,000 per acre in a foodplot/ heavy deer area, it made a normal stand. The year before I planted 300k and it was very thin. I wouldn't worry about it at all, I've tested up to 300k with variable rate on tough soil with no problems.
First time farmer mess up. How big of a deal is it?
