Get a van and take elderly people to doctor, dentist appointments, grocery shopping etc. I think there is a tremendous market for this. Takes an honest person with an outgoing personality and once word gets out that you're trustworthy and reliable I'm thinking you would have a lot of appointments. Charge them by the hour or the trip.
