Doesn't your bread maker have a "dough" selection? I used to use one that had a "dough" selection that I used when I want to put the dough into a regular bread pan to bake. I think I saw a dough selection on yours that took 1.5 hours.
Then I just gave the bread machine away and mixed the dough by hand as it is just about as easy and you don't have to store that piece of machinery.
