I took out the dough at 120 minutes, cut it in ½ and placed each piece in a small greased pan. I then put it in the oven at 350° for 20 minutes and when it had a slight golden top I took it out. Placed it on a cutting board with towel over it and 20 minutes later cut off a piece. It was delicious and both my wife and I thought it was better than when we let it bake in the bread maker. Maybe 20 minutes baking vs 60 minutes baking made a difference. Nothing else was different. |
