| long shot, but check the cable going from your display to the nav... when that is turned around i have seen some odd things happen. There is a metal dust cap and sticker on the end going to the Nav that reads "to nav" and the end going to the display should read "to display"...
If you have tried restarting, and as stated above reflashed firmware, and this still has this issue there is a hard reset but it will erase your licenses (if any) as well as any vehicle profile...
