western NY | I haven't tryed the timed method. I have timer set for twenty minutes then it goes on moisture control for final grain temp. I have been getting by,but it makes it hard if I change fields and moisture changes like 5 points higher or lower and wet bin is half full, I really don't like staying up at night to change dryer setting. If everything stays the same it works great. I wish that someone made a moisture control that would adjust itself for different incoming grain moistures so that dryer could be set for 13.5 final moisture and you wouldn't have to worry about it. | |
