Make sure the other depths and measurements in the setup are correct. You don't by chance have the maximum depth set at 0" do you? Also make sure your survey run is at least all the way back to the outlet if not further downstream.
I do wonder about your minimum depth set to 0". When you back up too the start and lower the plow to the depth of the start, does it show 0" depth?
