It sounds like a pyramid scheme to me, except he's telling you it's a pyramid. He invests nothing but his time, he collects your money, devalues/dilutes it with his worthless stock, then uses your money to make his stock valuable. If the business makes money his stock increases in value. If it goes of of business you lose your money, he loses his time and printing costs.

I don't understand how a banker or investor would consider something like this a scam. Everything is laid out in black and white in the packet.
This company is holding dozen of open door small town meetings. You're obviously in over your head or you work for one of the big 4.
If you don't understand why not call Cattlemen's Heritage?


Everyone involved in this today are cattlemen trying to get this done.
