childhood home of Randy Travis | So all the money raised is coming from Class C shares (1500x100,000 shares)? There are 190,000 class B shares the guy organizing gets for free? Then 4200 Class A preferred shares which are 'seed money' and once paid back dissolve (im assuming these shares value are not included in the 150mm)? You never stated what the Class A shares cost.
There has to be something I am missing? With a minimum Class C investment of 100,000 I wouldn't think it was worth the risk with as you said illiquid assets? Then your shares have to be valued and sold back to the company....
Seems like a way for someone to get 150mm for pennies on the dollar.
I realize after typing all that I said nothing of value...... |
