Pittsburg, Kansas		We take K2 in a combination supplement of D3/K2. The cheapest way of getting K2 is in a combination pill with D3.

We have been taking drops but are going to these pills in the future.

D3 is fat soluble so if taken with fat will be absorbed more effectively by the digestive system.
