$xxx.xx dollars per week monday - friday what ever hours that were needed. Little extra if worked on Sat or Sun. 52 weeks a year, work or not rain or shine. Now to keep me there Iguess, after planting\laybye a bonus was paid. After harvest \ cleanup a bonus was paid. If your help likes the "farming" thing should work out. I got to fish a lot in the summer, hunt a lot in the winter! WORKED SOME 100+ HOUR WEEKS, AND SOME WEEKS DIDNT HAVE TO SHOW UP!!!! No- till farm $35.00 AN ACRE pre year divided by 52 weeks got to figure in bonuses or add to it.
