- Can it be repaired? Maybe. I would need to have the gun in my hands before I could comment further.

- Can it be replaced? Yes, absolutely. There are semi-inlet unfinished and finished stocks for the Red Label available widely.

A classically trained gunsmith does this sort of work. You need someone who knows how to fit a stock and then put on a recoil pad or plate and not mess up the stock.
