I just bought a 18x38 yesterday so I can't give you much experience of using one. Main reason I purchased one was to eliminate a tractor. All bins have electricity so I might as well hook into the 220 outlet. I have a 10" bin outlet and it takes a 13" auger. I was using a 13x82 auger and no point of wearing that out. Mine is a field loader so if needed I can unload a truck easily and fertilizer also.
