Ne Nebraska | I think you hit an important point- keeping the taxes on the land paid will be whether one can stay on the land or not. I've often thought a person should have 2-3 years worth of taxes in precious metal- or maybe now days cyber currency. I get you can't take precious metal in to buy anything BUT it can be converted back to whatever currency the future holds as needed. | |
