Northern Minnesota

JDNWA - 10/14/2021 08:31 I remember my grandpa telling me that it didn’t matter who was who, broke was broke. He said above all else, never forget how to grow a meal, when it got bad, we were all we had. A squirrel was a coveted meal, potato water gravy was a delight. Personally, the Lord, my wife and son are all that matters. Food and my family are my concerns. Just my opinion! I think the people on this page will fare a lot better that many others. They can take our stock, land, and earthly things. They can’t take our salvation.

This is my sentiment as well.  It is only smart to prepare, but we have available to us a wonderful "hope" that goes beyond our ability to earthly prepare.  In fact, when the stuff really hits the fan, no physical preparation will save us.  Get to reading the "Owners Manual" and follow it's instructions, (Faith Alone in Christ Alone), and all will be fine!  Finer than we can imagine (1 Cor 2:9).
