Fruita CO | Yep, I have an account...seems like the IT guy has to do something to get things to work, each dealer has their own system now apparently. Also apparently, an old retired fart that just works on a hyd. pump or valve once in a while isn't worth the bosses' son's time to make it work...but I could be wrong... :)
I have heard other customers that actually spend a lot of money there can't get it to work either so maybe I shouldn't feel so abused.
PS: I have lost count of how many parts people have run through that place since the old dealer sold out...
