top dry is running at 140 plenum temp
when I first load for a while we run 165 for 1/2 an hour to start the cooking temp
the shells will flake off if 160 for the whole batch
if the pods crack they will be at 18 to 20
over 20 % the pods won't crack, we thrash when bending the pods they crack on 2 bends
