Had the same problem this year. I spread some of the same grain around the creep feeder so the calves see their mom's eating the grain the vicinity. Seemed to do the trick. Calves tend to mimic what their mothers do and when they see them eating grain they start trying it as well and eventually get curious about what is in that feeder.
