Kiukainen, Finland | You could maybe check that the satellite health setting in the receiver is set to "Heed Health" for all of the GPS satellites (PRN 1..32).
According to https://www.gnssplanning.com/#/satellites only PRN 11 should be unhealthy now. Heed Health should take that into the account.
Check also from the GNSS-status page what is your distance to base when You are getting the RTK-corrections..
If it is very far you are maybe using a wrong single station correction stream or in case of a VRS-steam your ntrip client is maybe reporting a bad position to the CORS caster.
You might also ask from the CORS maintenance if everything if working right in their CMR streans...
And also:
When looking the satellite status page on the EZ-Guide 500 do you get reasonable SNR values for those satellites that are marked unhealthy on both L1 & L2 frequencies.
