Just north of I-90 in SW MN
Dry corn in the bottom. When finishing off filling bin put dry corn on top. If you are running fans, you will push the moisture to the top and having dry corn on the top will save you a lot of headaches when unloading. For my setup with a 220K bin, put dry in to start and run the fans when the corn reaches the sidewall. Then will run fans until 30 days after last load going in. Also using a Century-Pac air system to run the fans afterwards.
