They ship all over the country. Some may say you have to have a local service person; I have not had a service person on the farm for 25 years. I UPS Comtronix any unit with problems and they ship it back. We would not be without our radios even with cell phones. You do not need a repeater for a 4 mile radius unless you use handheld units.
