I support cool but our agreements with our trading partners say we can't mandate it and retailers may not have the information from their suppliers to get it right. The trade agreements are more important than something that may not be worth the cost. 



Name a trade agreement that we aren't upside down on. They ALL are lopsided about 4 to 1 with Mexico. Canada 10 to 20 percent in their favor. Now go to China....
Just the facts, not what Farm Bureau says.
