I'm just about done with our corn now, my recommendation would be if it is in wheat stubble now leave it and no till into it. All a cover crop is going to do is just suck all your water out if you have decent cover right now. If you have no cover right now I would think of something else to do because corn needs residue coverage in our area, the difference in our area from sesame stubble to stripper wheat stubble is quite a bit and if we didn't have the rains this summer it would be way more.
