A brand new Claas Xerion 5000 has a PTO and 3pt at each end and would be sweet.
Zuiberg and LaForge make front pto and front 3pt kits for many tractors. They are/were the factory installed option for some models of tractor. The kits usually aren't that hard to install, mostly bolts and hoses, a few holes to drill or brackets to trim but they provide templates.
Schulte makes front mowers that connect to the rear 3pt and have a front frame bracket (runs driveline underneath tractor). You could fit that system on any appropriately sized tractor.
I don't know if a normal shredder will work equally well in reverse. Something to consider? I would think the rear (now front) deck lip would lay down whatever you are mowing and make it difficult to cut. |
