E.Central MN | The big 4 control the market. There's nothing a bunch of very small processors could do that would change the big 4's control of the market. It might have worked before the consolidation in the market, it won't change a thing now. The only way to change the market forces is to force the big conglomerates to break apart. That will never happen with a govt that has never found a single case of price fixing/collusion in the meat packing industry. | |
