2588s are generally overpriced. We had a 2006 2388 and it was the same thing as a 2588, but a lot cheaper. They are a good match for a 8 row corn head, we ran a 30’ 1020 but a 35’ Draper in our yields would have probably been the ticket.
A small flagship could probably be had for the same money as a 2588, cab is way nicer and they are easier to work on as well
