Other than the normal ih wear items-
I've had the unloader gearcase apart to replace the output shaft due to the splines rounding off.
I've had the hyd. reverser gearcase apart to replace a failed bearing. Never ran low on oil and changed every year. Caught it changing the oil preseason and found pieces in the drain pan.
This one seems to like to eat the splines off the input shaft to the hydro. pump every 900ish engine hours. Pulled the pump twice out in the field in season and will pull it this summer preventative and will sweep the mounting surfaces with a dial indicator to see if something is out of alignment since I'll have time.
All in all I consider it a good machine. It's nice to run. Not real sure what we would rather have or replace this with when the time comes. Kind of figure we would just replace one set of problems with another when it comes to combines.
