southwest minnesota | Sounds like they are basically going to be an arm of the government. Interesting how they talk about planning improvements and sustainability for the watershed that their plants sit on... isnt that what the watershed board does in each watershed district?? They act like everyone they buy from has absolutely not idea what they are doing so they need to "teach" us how to be sustainable... they can take their programs and put them where the sun doesn't shine. | |
