I know some (maybe most) of buyers are well established but I have to wonder how much actual Cash $$$ guys are sitting on.
Changed fertilizer supplier last yr. and manager wanted to know what finance plan we wanted to use , I thought that was strange question as everyone says all this land/machinery/inputs are paid for with cash
