North of London | 26 sounds like the right amount especially if it comes down gentle enough.
We had lots of black sky and thunder and got a few drops but there were some that got rain in Ontario.
The picture is from south of London a little over an hours drive from us and i am sure there was good amounts just north off us as reports of drivers coming through whiteout conditions in rain.
