Call me, I will let you use a database that we wrote for a friend, it splits the Entities, Farms, Fields, shares, and inventory. Hooks to a scale. Will let you have a copy for a while to look at, use and will talk to you about ideas.
We wrote this recently to help farmers with their post harvest records. Yes we sell it, but we also help by giving advice for free.
