Middlesex County, Ontario | No, you cannot tee the case drains to the return. The hydraulic motors require the case drain to have no restriction. The case drain shouldn’t be more than 1 GPM or so anyway, you aren’t giving up much cool-ability by just returning case drain straight to the appropriate port on the tractor.
I’m sure you know, but definitely do not return everything to the case drain port on the tractor or you will starve the clean oil reservoir and main hydraulic pump.
I’m not sure what you mean by “free flow.” I hope you mean it’s just a big return port and not another case drain port. |
