Middlesex County, Ontario | Why not use a 3 pt cement mixer? Everything is better with a tractor, and its dual purpose.
You can just use the garden hose to fill. Don't have to get fancy.
After she gets sick of hooking it up all the time, you'll have an excuse to buy another tractor.
My advice would be:
Life is too short to f around with subpar equipment for a task that's repeated so often. Go buy some good stuff and stop wasting your life piddling around.
