It's a slippery slope on this whole mess.
Smv is only good for 40kph
Equipment that can get over 40kph can't legally be using smv so there for must be plated.
Had cops being....well Richards, fined fertilizer spreader for driving over 40 and then fined for going faster then the tires were rated for.
