| Good afternoon,
A friend of mine was telling me the other day that I could out an SMV sign on the back of the semi truck and trailer and it wouldnt matter if it were licenced or safetied. Is this true? if so what are the limits? We Licence our trucks for three months in the fall months but only one is needed to pull the water trailer in the spring and by then the licence is expired. I have heard of some farmers on the other side of the county taking the high range out of their transmissions to keep their guys from driving over 50 km/h but I am not open to the idea of modifying the transmission. | |
