Pulled a 32 foot Sunflower that same distance with my 04 Dodge 2500 Cummins with no issues. I put about 900 lbs of suitcase weights in the bed and the cultivator with a 5 bar harrow never made the truck settle any at all.
Most cultivators are pretty well balanced and I drove 20 - 30 mph. Biggest issue was some narrow roads in Northern lake country with the width.
