I am DKO SCOH’s son. My brother and I do most of the maintenance work. We don’t torque them to spec but on this planter we followed the spec of 1” of touch and didn’t over tighten them. We even make sure the external scrapers don’t rub too tight. We also replace the seed tube guards as needed.
