...of companies going cheap on bearings. These openers were new last year. Halfway through this year, they will all have to be replaced. We used to run them until opener OD was below specs and might have one bearing go out toward the end. Now, by 100 acres per row, probably a quarter are shot. Going to replace them with Deere openers, so please tell me we won't regret that, too!
Kinze makes Deere openers for them, or so I was told at
our local Case / Kinze dealer.
