If you own a property on a highway put up a billboard. Put on it what you just told us with a photo and an email and you will probably have more luck than anything. Could create quite a buzz that's for sure. I'm sure your friends will have fun with it but you will get the exposure of about 20,000 cars a day! And yes I am 50% serious.
