Does the young guy have a off farm job or could he help you on your farm and let him have the crop off of a certain number of acres for his labor ..Possibly let him use some of his equipment on your farm in trade. for your equipment. If he needed the crop for livestock feed does he need hay or grain ? Many possibilities I had good neighbors that helped me when I started out 45 years ago.
