Morgan Co. Illinois | People took a chance with me long ago. Thank you for doing the same. If not 50/50 I have rented a couple farms for years at 1/3-2/3. I pay all inputs except the land taxes. The grain is 100% mine but I keep back 1/3 to pay the land lord their share when they decide the price of grain is what they want. This way we share in the changes in yield and price every year. You have to be willing to still do your own "marketing" though. | |
