If that seed is there it will grow and have half the population. and if it don't the adjoining rows are there and will make up on the yield any way.
I know it looks bad now, but you haven't lost much yield overall.
I do have an old Black hawk one row unit I use but it would have to be adapted to your 3pt hitch. Mine has a small 3pt hookup only for my old old cub cadet. If that would help?
